Description
I created this cute unicorn activity to correlate with our Money unit. Your students have 5 task cards to solve. They will read the scenario, draw the coins on their recording sheet, and then count/solve the value amount. I usually have my kiddos write the value amount in dollars and then in cents. There are 5 actual, colored task cards, or you can simply use the worksheet alone. The task were a little challenging for some of my students, but perfectly appropriate for my second graders. Hope you enjoy!
I also have this version in a "larger" counting money amount: UNICORN Money Task Card Riddles (HIGHER)
