I was hesitant to purchase the entire grade 3 SMATH program because I’ve tried numerous other math programs that just didn’t fit my needs. I decided to dip my toe in with the Unit 1 SMATH bundle to see if it could be the right fit—and I’m so glad I did! I absolutely love the format, the games, the thinking and reflection questions, and the 'Introduction to Knowledge' hook, along with the tech activities. Although I don’t use it in its intended form (as centers—I do it as a whole class), and I occasionally need to modify or supplement some of the worksheets since my class is on the lower end, I’ve found that this unit serves as a solid foundation for my math program. It’s engaging, easy to follow, and really helps support my students' understanding. Highly recommend!"

This was my first Made in the 3rd Grade resource! I was new to primary and new to math centres and had no idea where to start. But this bundle (and all the others) explain the system of SMATH centres so well and it works like a perfectly oiled machine. This year I had a smaller class, so I decided to eliminate one centre and have four instead of five. A very flexible resource that you can accommodate or modify for students of various levels and needs. Thank you for making math fun for me and my students!
