Description
In this engaging resource your students determine the reference angles for both positive and negative angles in both degrees and radians. They will also use reference angles to find the 6 trigonometric functionsof common angles.
Problems are in degrees and radians, include positive and negative angles, quadrantal angles, and all six trigonometric functions. Students should not need a calculator for this activity.
Included:
- 30 Digital Task Cards:
- #1 - 10 have students only find reference angles; and
- #11 – 30 students find the reference and use it to evaluate the trig values of angles whose reference angles are 0, 30°, 45°, 60°, and 90° and/or their radian equivalent.
- The cards can be separated into two activities
- PDF with links to the product.
- Detailed illustrated instructions on accessing and sharing this resource with your students for classes with and without Google™ Classroom
