I have found myself doing mostly two to three week unit lessons, which are rather difficult to write out on a normal weekly lesson plan template. I don't necessarily have direct instruction or closure every day because it is just a continuation of the the previous or later lesson. I finally created a lesson plan template that works well with a unit lesson plan. And on the days I do not have direct instruction I simply put an x.
