Tired of struggling to figure out how to organize your small groups?

In my class we use leveled exits to help us gauge exactly what skills to teach in each small group. You can use this tool as an assessment, classwork grade, homework, or whole class review.

Each level includes two versions of the exit slip.

There are a total of 36 exit slips in this product. There are two versions of each level. Note their is no level 1. This is because if a student is unable to score well on 2, 3 , and 4 they are an automatic level one remediation. Keep in mind the the students that are a level one you may need to start with basic operation lessons.
