This is a Google Forms Quiz on unit rates. The instructions are easy to follow for you to make a copy of the quiz to your Google Drive. Then you can assign to your students using Google Classroom or some other method.
Questions on this assessment were carefully created to give our students the best practice on the following standard.
6.RP.2 - Understand the concept of a unit rate a/b associated with a ratio a:b with b ≠ 0, and use rate language in the context of a ratio relationship.

Using this with distance learning:
The main challenge that my colleagues and I were having with distance learning, was how do we assess students? You can use Google Forms quizzes to assess their learning. You can set the settings to not give students the answers and this will help limit any cheating from home. I personally am using Google Forms in almost every lesson with our distance learning.
