Updates From Home provides both print AND digital (via Google Forms™) communication tools for your classroom. Use this resource to gather information about your student that you can then use to better personalize their learning.

Each sheet contains 4 prompts for the families - ranging from basic getting to know you questions to more specific questions asking about any upcoming celebrations.

Each sheet follows this format:

Prompt 1 - What We Are Doing (what is the family doing at home?)

Prompt 2 - More specific question (ex: What We Are Reading, What We Are Playing)

Prompt 3 - Any Special Celebrations? (Encourage families to share both big and small!)

Prompt 4 - Any Other Information To Share
