Once children are familiar with forming lowercase and uppercase letters separately, it's time to put them back together. This will reinforce the fact that there are two ways to make the same letter sound.

Use these giant full page uppercase letters to teach children who are learning how to write their letters for the first time. Start at the red dot, follow the gray arrows, and follow the black arrows when lines need to reverse direction and go over the same line.

The dashed letters are inside the same bubble letters I use in my flashcards that teach letter names and sounds so this is a natural progression for children to learn to write with the same letters that they used to learn to read. I would recommend laminating and binding this to make it a write on/wipe off book.

I have two versions of letters with one being easy and one being traditional. The easy version is what I have used with my preschooler because it has the fewest "pencil pickups" which allowed him to form the letters as quickly as possible. He is autistic and loooooves learning things quickly and at a young age. It took some time to work up the stamina, but eventually we would finish the entire book in one sitting.
