Description

These questions are for students to encode messages with an encoding matrix and then decode messages with the inverse of that matrix. The downloadable folder includes a PowerPoint and a PDF version. The solutions to the worksheet are included. The PowerPoint is completely *editable*, so if you decide you would like different questions or want to phrase something differently for your students, you can change it!

In order to complete this worksheet, students will need to be comfortable multiplying matrices and finding the inverse of a 2 x 2 and 3 x 3 matrix. The worksheet will guide them through the process of how to set up the problems to encode and decode messages.

If you have any questions or feedback about this product, I am happy to receive both!
