Description

Engage your Algebra 2 students with this fun and interactive digital activity!

In this no-prep activity, students will read a word problem and solve an exponential equation using logarithms. This self-checking activity provides immediate feedback, so students can see how they are doing and make corrections as needed.

The activity is also gamified, with students trying to get 4 images of a kind. As students answer questions, they will watch the mathematician pictures change which is a fun way to keep them engaged. After ALL questions have been answered, answers will turn green (correct) or red (incorrect) to help students fix their errors.

The activity is perfect for students in Common Core Algebra 2 who are learning how to solve exponential growth or decay word problems by using properties of logs. It is easy to use and can be assigned on Google Classroom or by creating a link that allows for a force copy.

There are 12 questions in the activity, so students will have plenty of practice to master this skill.

Try it today and see how your students enjoy it!
