Description

This reading passage is a review for my students concerning Using Science Models & Avoiding Bias in Experiments. After a reading passage, which focuses on using models and avoiding bias in experiments, there are three multiple choice questions and one constructed response. I hand this out for homework as a review assignment before an exam.

HOW DO I IMPLEMENT THIS AS A DISTANCE LEARNING TOOL?

Easy as A - B - or - C!

A. We are currently using Google Classroom as a distance learning platform. If you are also using GC, you already know that it is easy to schedule assignments that have attachments. It is as easy as that: attach this resource to your assignment & have the students respond to the multiple choice questions and BCR.

B. If you have the ability to email your students, simply attach this resource, and have them respond to the multiple choice & BCR.

C. We currently have several students who do not have the ability to complete online work. As a result, we have had to send physical packets. This would be the only case where you would need to print the resource and have the parents pick it up. We have coordinated packets for three week time frames.
