VC & CVC Decoding Trials – Progress Monitoring (FREE)
This VC & CVC Decoding Probe is a no-prep, structured literacy resource designed to support early sound-by-sound blending and phonics progress monitoring for emerging readers.

Purpose:
- Monitor progress in VC and CVC word decoding
- Assess phonological and orthographic processing
- Support explicit, multisensory phonics instruction
- Collect objective data aligned to IEP reading goals

✔ Easy-to-score layout for progress monitoring
✔ Dyslexia-friendly, print-friendly design
