Students can practice mental math skills with this Valentine's Day Heart Match Up Activity! Students will mend all of the "broken hearts" by matching up perfect squares and perfect cubes!
Resource Includes 4 sets.
Each set contains 24 matching cards (12 cards cut in half):
- Matching Perfect Squares
- Matching Square Roots
- Matching Perfect Cubes
- Matching Cube Roots
You can use this resource in many different ways! Have students pair up cards individually, in a small group, or have as part of a math station or math center.
You could also give each student half of a card to use as partner group creation for other math work in your classroom!
