This is a Valentine’s Day Reading and Writing Unit about a Love Bug and the things that she sees. Students will enjoy listening to the Shared Reading Book, “Love Bug, Love Bug, What do you see?” There are 2 student Guided Reading books at the Early Emergent and Emergent levels, 3 differentiated Sequencing Activities, Comprehension, and Writing Activities. Word Wall Words and Picture/Word Matching Activities are included to help students learn the targeted vocabulary. Lesson plans for each activity are included and CCSS for K-1 are included in the first few pages. (B/W pages included)
