Instructions for Preparing Matching Cards Activity

• Print the Pages. Then laminate the Math Mat if possible.

• Cut Out the Cards:
  • Take the printed card pages and use scissors or a paper cutter to carefully cut out each card along the designated lines.
  • Laminate the Cards

Matching Activity:

• • Once everything is laminated and cooled, lay the mat on a flat surface.
  • Scatter the laminated cards around the mat.
  • Invite the children to match each card to its corresponding number on the mat.
  • Encourage them to discuss their matches and count out loud for added learning.
