This flipbook is an engaging way for students to take notes about the different types of variables. Students find this method much more interesting than traditional paper and pencil, even though it is still paper, merely folded and cut! Great for interactive science notebooks. It could also be used as an assessment after students have completed a lesson about variables.
Students lift the flap under each word to write a definition. Given a list of questions, students are also asked to identify the variables in each question.
Directions for folding and cutting are included, as well as a possible answer key.
