This document is meant to simplify responses to behaviors for support staff and teachers. The document can be edited to fit the needs of your individual student. At the top of the flowchart in the white hexagon, there are antecedent conditions that either increase (+) or decrease (-) the probability of a behavior occurring. The blue hexagon is the behavior that is being targeted, and the purple hexagon is what a staff member should do in response to the student behavior. The orange hexagons contain the two most likely next behaviors seen from the student, and the green hexagons outline the final consequences based on the student's behaviors. The text is in cursive to minimize the chance of a student being able to read the document during its use.
