- in a lot of places, farming is almost impossible

- some of the lands we can use for farming is disappearing

We loved the idea of vertical farms- every class from honors to the push-in support class were attentive and interested. At the end of the year, it can be difficult to find materials this engaging! My higher level class used this in the culminative project (designing a green island)- many of them decided to place gardens on rooftops, just as seen in the videos!
