Make Reconstruction engaging with this interactive math and social studies simulation! Students become members of a town council in Virginia after the Civil War and work together to rebuild their community.
Through five missions, students practice 4th grade math skills including decimals, fractions, patterns, probability, and graphing while learning about Reconstruction (VS.8).
Students take on roles such as Mayor, Supply Manager, Farm Manager, Railroad Planner, and Recorder as they solve problems and make decisions to help their town recover.
