This virtual learning syllabus was originally created for my 9th grade Health class but can be easily updated to fit your class. The sections include:
Teacher Bio
Course Outline
Course Objective
Rules, Guidelines, and Information about your class
The length is 2.5 pages.
The format is Google Documents so it is easily edited to fit your class.
Several of my personal information spaces have been deleted and highlighted in yellow for you to change. You can also delete the yellow highlighted color (it was not yellow on my original form that included my information).
