Object Identification with Data Tracking

This no-prep resource is designed to help students identify and locate objects within a visual scene while allowing teachers and service providers to collect meaningful progress-monitoring data.

Students are presented with a classroom scene and a checklist of target items to find. The structured format supports independence while remaining flexible for prompting and differentiation.

  • 3 leveled versions of the same classroom scene:
    • Level 1: 6 items
    • Level 2: 12 items
    • Level 3: 18 items

  • Long-term progress monitoring sheet
  • Prompt level key (I / V / G / M)

Student pages include visual scoring but also include a separate scoring sheet, making this resource student-friendly and supportive for learners who experience anxiety around right/wrong answers.
