Looking for a new and easy way to implement Vocabulary Instruction into your day? Try this FREEBIE!

o Monday – Learn It! [Students record the word[s] on their paper. We view the various definitions online of the word and record in our own words.]
o Tuesday – Use It! [Students use the word[s] in 1-2 sentences and share with a shoulder partner.]
o Wednesday – Sketch It! [Students draw a quick sketch of the word[s] and share with a shoulder partner.]
o Thursday – Chant It! [Students write a quick chant of the word[s] and share with a shoulder partner.]
o Friday – Teach It! [Students to a quick study of the word[s] of the week and then buddy up to teach them. Students share the word, definition and a variety of examples.]

Display these signs as a weekly routine for students!!
