Description

This Vocabulary Quiz Template allows you to enter testing questions on a master sheet; five random test types will be created.

I give students 11 vocabulary words. Each test uses a different set of 10 of those words. Typically, I require students to fill in the blank where I write sentences for each word that make the meaning clear and they must know the part of speech. However, this quiz can be used for myriad testing formats.

On the master sheet, enter the testing format under the sentences column. Everything else will generate automatically. If you enter the test answers, you can use the master sheet as a key. The test types are marked with obscure coding to keep students unaware, you can change these accordingly.

The thumbnails show overlap on the header information. The actual document does not have these errors. If you have any modifications feel free to contact me. I enjoy using excel to make my planning and work easier, trying new things is always interesting.
