This free printable includes 56 playing cards. These cards can be used to play many different card games including war, rummy, go fish, or an UNO type game.
Each card has a vocalic R word on it to be used as articulation practice. The deck includes 13 ER words, 13 AR words, 13 OR words, 5 EAR words, 4 AIR words, 4 IRE words, and 4 jokers. There are 4 wild cards in each suit--wild, draw 2, reverse, and skip.
To utilize these cards in an UNO type game, I printed each suit onto a different color of printer paper and then backed the whole deck in black card stock.
With my older kids, I have them make a sentence about each word to increase complexity!

Creative idea for vocalic R practice. Takes a little time to create for UNO game option; I backed mine with white cardstock instead of black as I paid out of pocket to make them and white was less expensive than a big packet of black.
