Description
This is lesson two of the inventory series for the hair salon. Students will work their way through a progression of inventory tasks of increasing levels. For this lesson, students are asked to identify the number in inventory of a single item. They are asked to type the quantity of the item presented, in the field provided.
Students will progress up to a six item inventory, with a mixed array of items, for the final lesson of the series (10). Also see other series where students are taking inventory by item number matching (soon to come). Inventory completion is required for any retail facility, a student may work at. It is a great job skill to work on and for a student to have the ability to. The varied lessons allow for varying learning opportunities, and presentation of the task, which supports generalization of the skill.
Task cards are great for running academic goals 1:1 with a student, in discrete trial format, or even as a group activity. Access my free data sheet to support data collection on academic goals!
