Description

Make math centers fun and engaging when learning about the volume of rectangular prisms with this set of task cards with QR codes. There are 48 self-checking task cards include the following types of questions:

Cards 1-12: Questions include a visual cube model

Cards 13-24: Questions include a visual model of rectangular prisms.

Cards 25-36: Questions involve finding the length of a missing side, given the volume and visual model.

Cards 37-40: Word problems to find the volume of the figure given the dimensions and a visual model.

Cards 41-44: Word problems to find the volume of the figure given the dimensions (no visual model).

Cards 44-48: Word problems to find the length of a missing side, given the volume (no visual model).

BONUS: There is a link to access a digital version of these task cards in a google slide document. You will have to "make a copy" of the slideshow, and then you'll be able to share with students electronically via google classroom or a similar web-based program so students can answer the questions and "turn in" the digital version for grading/assessing.

These cards would be a great addition to any classroom learning about the volume of rectangular prisms.
