These recording forms can be used for the WIST assessment. There are different sheets included for general information/scoring, the Word Identification Subtest, Spelling Subtest, and Sound-Symbol Knowledge Subtest. While assessing a student, simply put in the correct answers and the spreadsheet will do all of the calculating for you. (The WIST Examiner's Manual is still needed to complete the %rank, standard score, descriptive rating, age equivalent, and grade equivalent.)
