Students place a counter on the graph for the weather that day.
At the end of the week, ask students questions about the graph (i.e. "how many days were sunny this week?", "what was the weather on Wednesday?"). No writing required.

My students are multiply disabled or autistic. I like this resource because it has the days 'numbered' instead of written as days of the week. This way, when we have a day off, or don't get to morning meeting, we can continue to use it the following day.
