This 3rd grade science unit is about weather. It is broken into three big topics: What is Weather?, Clouds, and Severe Weather. What is Weather and Clouds both include lessons driven by Google Slides. You also have access to the Nearpod lesson that encompasses these slides and creates more interaction with students. Additionally, there are printable student outlines to follow these multiple day lessons. Once completed, check for understanding with Google Form Quizzes. The Severe Weather portion moves into research. Students choose four of the five options to take notes and become experts. A poster template is included for students to showcase their learning.
