This weeks lessons include multiplying and dividing using the powers of 10, multiplying multi digit whole numbers using the standard algorithm, the four step problem solving method for word problems, and an assessment. Lessons follow Common Core Standards and an EDI format. They are published in Microsoft Word 2011 allowing you to edit for your own classroom needs. The content written and designed by a current 5th grade math teacher. This week lessons include worksheets, small group activities, Number Talk guide, Assessment, Vocabulary cards, and HOTs question guide. While the content is intended for the classroom teacher, they are easy enough to follow for any substitute, homeschool or intervention setting.
