Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) is a self help tool that can be easily accessed and practiced. This weekly prompt series allows teachers to encourage daily habits that strengthen the mental health of the overall classroom. EFT is proven to decrease anxiety, PTSD and limiting beliefs while increasing positive thoughts about ourselves and circumstances. The weekly tapping scripts will cover topics such as kindness, confidence, friendships, embracing challenges, change and so much more.
