I use this doc each week and find it a great way for students to set goals, self reflect, and communicate with me and their parents.
What does it include?
A Google doc (easily shareable through Google classroom or drive) where students select one weekly academic goal and select one daily behavior goal. Students must self reflect at the end of the day and rank their behavior on a scale of 1-5. At the end of each week they reflect on their academic goal and take it home to get signed. They also write down one area of strength and one area of improvement.
