This .zip file contains 15 different documents (30 weeks/2 per page). Students write a sentence using the listed grammar skills which vary by week (example: common noun, adjective, helping verb, series commas, etc.). They must circle the type of sentence they wrote.

I use it to go along with our Daily Grammar workbooks, but it could easily be adapted if you do not use that book. It is in a Word document, so it is easy to make changes if you want to change the skill.
