This is a weekly sheet that I send home each day in my students' homework folder. It serves as a place for students to record their "color" from the class clip chart each day so parents can track their student's behavior. It also has a place for students to record their reading minutes each night and their homework assignments. Parents like it because it is one signature for homework, reading, and behavior logs; I like it because it is one sheet of paper per week! This download includes an editable version in Microsoft Word.
