This is a great tool if you looking for a simple way to keep your parent's informed about student homework, the standards being covered, reminders and behavior on a weekly basis! I use this chart in my classroom and it works out great for me.

This contract allows you to use one page to:
-list their homework assignments for the week,
-draw in a happy, straight or sad face in the given circle (depending on their behavior),
-write notes to parents,
-receive notes from parents,
-give parents reminders for the week,
-and inform parents of the standards being covered.

This is a fully editable Microsoft Word Document so you can type in all of the information each week and print. Since it is fully editable and there are so many Copyright Laws, I could not use the cute fonts or clip art that I use in my classroom. This is a very generic copy, so feel free to personalize it to your taste.

Tip: When I use this, I copy and attach all worksheets in order that are for homework to the contract for the week. This makes it easier to manage and keep up with. Use it however you wish. Thanks for your purchase and support! 
