This is a weekly lesson plan that allows a lot of room for filling in each day. This plan is in a table format. At the end of the plan, there is a small space that allows for you to briefly list the lessons that were covered the previous week. There is also a space for you to type in learning objectives and standards applied.

This plan was designed for 4th grade; however, it can be tailored to meet the needs of any grade.
