This was the super simple way I tracked my students' homework completion throughout the year. Each Monday, I printed the new blank one (dates filled in) and posted it on our homework board. Throughout the week, assignments were added in across the top, and students names were added if they did not have items completed. At the end of the week, I would update the Excel version in my computer with the students names, and then Monday, I'd print the new blank one. By keeping the student names/old versions saved and just adding new ones below each time, I had great data for parent conferences!
