This is a weekly newsletter template that I used to communicate with the families in my classroom. It is in a publisher format, so you can edit it each week to meet the needs of your classroom. It includes areas to give a brief snapshot of each subject area from the week, reminders to parents and I also inserted pictures of my students completing activities in the classroom at the top of the page each week! The parents LOVED it! The back lists the homework for Mon-Thurs. Homework journals were due on Friday! This newsletter helped so much with communication with my families!

It also ties into the NYS Teachers Rubric, collaboration and communication with families! You can use this as evidence or artifacts for you evaluation at the end of the year too!
