Description
It often feels like we have to prove to our parents that their children are learning throughout the day. Well this "Weekly Reflection"/ "321 Reflection" is a great way to show just how much our students are learning and participating throughout the week! It offers a brainstorming/ mind-mapping graphic organizer to help students organize and remember what they have learned in their different classes. On the back, students reflect on what they have learned by listing 3 things they learned, 2 thing they really enjoyed, and 1 question they still have. Every time you introduce a new skill, students can fill in a bubble on the mind map. With that information, they can take it home on a Friday and fill out the "321 Reflection" on the back, share it with their parents, get a signature, and return it to school on Monday. It even offers a space for weekly quiz and test grades so the parents can monitor their weekly grades. This document is completely editable so you can adjust it to fit the needs of your class. This graphic organizer is a great way for students to reflect on their learning, for teachers to assess what students remember throughout the week and what students enjoyed doing, and for parents to remain informed on what their child is doing and how they are performing.
