Use this handout for your students to reflect on their learning at the conclusion of the week. Works as a great check-in with students academically and personally, and allows for students to show their thinking and learning. The handout can be used as a formative assessment, resource for conferences/ IEP meetings/ communication between counselor-teacher-principal-guardian. Send home with students after they fill it out and you check it over (so that guardians can see their learning), or have students include it in an interactive notebook as a way to record everything they've learned over the course of the year.
