Description

This product is meant to be used weekly to get your kiddos to reflect on their week in school. I find a lot of times they know what I think of how they did, but they have no idea.

Once they get the hang of it, they should take no longer than 10 minutes on a Friday afternoon. I initial the teacher initials part before they leave on Friday., then the students get it signed over the weekend, and then I keep it in a file for a quarter or so.

Just print these two sided and be sure to print them at 100%. Then fold them in half to make a little booklet.

I like to insert my Bitmoji into the blank spaces for some levity..

I hope this helps your students develop some mindfulness!

When my students have a tough week, I have them reflect and goal set so we can reset the next week and try again. This is a great resource to make the goal setting positive but also concrete for students. I also like that I can send these home for parents to see.
