Description

Are you tired of collecting mountains of notebooks or homework? Do you want to give your students more immediate feedback on their work while relieving the stress of assigning and recording grades? Then this form is for you! One of my original creations several years ago, it is still a favorite of my colleagues, my students, and myself. Simply print two-sided copies of the form, cut along the dashed lines, and distribute at the beginning of each week. Students fill in their personal information, the dates, and the assignments for the week. Then, at a specified time, you can stamp their forms for completing notes and homework. When the week is finished, you simply collect the forms and record grades based on the stamps. So Easy! Yet extremely effective for a few reasons:
1) It provides you and your students with a schedule
2) It allows students to keep important notes and homework for studying
3) It provides positive feedback for completing work (students love stamps!)
4) It relieves the stress of recording grades
I am offering this form for FREE because it has been so useful to so many teachers. If you enjoy using it in your classroom, please follow Patrick Beal on TpT and look for my other resources!
