Weekly Work Reflections
Share

Description

When you send a packet of work home (probably in a weekly folder) have your students reflect on their behavior and grades using this printable, and then give your teacher reflection. When the packet of work goes home parents can instantly receive feedback, sign the reflection form, and add any comments/questions. Excellent and quick way to openly communicate school progress with parents/guardians.

This reflection goes deeper than a simple behavior "rating." Students rate themselves on a few key 21st century skills:
-Responsible, Self-Directed Learner
-Effective Communicator
-Strong Team Contributor

Students rate themselves and have the opportunity to leave comments.

This is EDITABLE, so you can personalize the form to fit your needs. I like having students rate their performance on a 1-3 scale for the sake of ease:
1=student does not meet expectations
2= student sometimes meets expectations
3= student meets expectations
