Description

"Welcome Back from Spring Break" is a fun way to incorporate some writing and sharing about everyone's Spring Break!

Here is what is included:
1. Spring Break Mingo- Let’s get up, move, and talk about Spring Break. If they find someone who has done one of the activities on the board, then they write their friend’s name in the square. Sit down once all your squares are filled. *Copy Iphone Spring Break on the back for students to work on once they finish.
2. Iphone Spring Break Snapshots- Have students draw and write a caption for four activities they did over spring break. I line up students chairs in two rows facing each other. They sit knee to knee with one partner. They get to pick their favorite to share. I give enough time for both partners to share then one row moves down a seat and they share again. It gives everyone a chance to share with friends. Do as many rotations as you like!

Used these as kids came into school from being virtual all year. A great way to introduce pencil/paper work.

My students loved this resource! It was so fun to hear what the students did over their spring break. They each drew pictures of themselves in each box. It was a fun and engaging resource to return to after a week off of school. Thank you!
