This is a Google Form that you can post in your Google Classroom daily, weekly, monthly or just once. It is a nice SEL check in with your students as they are doing their online work away from you and your classroom.

Things to remember before you purchase:

• sign in to your Google account
• you will be forced to make a copy of the form
• you can edit your settings and preferences to change things like: automatic email collection, point values, # of submissions students can make of the form, if grades are given...when and how they are released, etc.
