This interactive PowerPoint easily takes you through an introductory lesson of irregular verbs for your students. Students will learn what the difference is between a regular and irregular verb and learn how to identify verbs as regular or irregular.

The students will practice using irregular and regular verbs within a sentence and determine how to use the past tense irregular verbs correctly.

On the last slide of the PowerPoint there is a worksheet to go along with the western themed lesson. The students will practice using irregular and regular verbs within sentences as well as matching the present tense verbs to their past tense verbs. The teacher can use this worksheet as extra practice or as a summative assessment of students' knowledge on irregular verbs so far.
