Students will discover for themselves the many ways a fraction can be represented when they play these 5 simple games. These activities are perfect for introducing the concept of fractions and what 1/2, 1/3 and 1/4 (and 1/6 if you choose to add those cards) look like as parts of a whole, parts of a group, and a point on a line. Simply print out and laminate the 48 cards, then cut them apart. The 1/6 cards are optional for all the activities. Each fraction is presented in 12 different ways.
