I love using these when my students are gone, or are going to be gone, they are not too elementary for older kids and allow a lot of room for notes also.

This is a great tool to use when students are absent. I leave it on their desk until they come back. I like to keep a copy for me as well, so I know when they came back and what materials need to be turned in.

I absolutely love this resource. I grabbed it towards the start of this school year as it was a freebee and I wanted something less tacky than just giving a list of missing work on a sticky note or a regular piece of paper. This fit that role extremely well and I am honestly surprised how often I have used it. It's become my default procedure any time one of my students misses a day. However, my only real complaint is the editable version is really not great, as it's missing the images and fonts, and the headers/borders are really blurry on the file. Very much a nitpick, but I wanted to rearrange this to have my classes in the order the are in the day (First period class at the top of the list, etc.) but I was unable to do that with the given editable version. It was actually easier for me to take the regular file, print it out and physically cut/paste the classes into the order I wanted them in, than it would have been to use the given editable file. The real big downsides to the pack as it stands is I have to give up having the file the way I actually wanted it saved digitally and have to make a photocopy of my papercrafted master any time I need to fill one of these out. It also completely eliminates my ability to fill one of these out digitally instead needing to hand write them every time. It's not a huge deal, especially because this resource was free and I realistically use this file more than any others I've purchased from TPT if I am being honest. Just really wish the editable version was better.
