This a note page for a substitute teacher. As a substitute or guest teacher, this is great to carry around with you, and teachers love to know what went on in their class while you were in there.

This is what I used when I was a substitute teacher in elementary schools. I like to have a big space to write about what was completed, and in the comment section, I write about what happened during the class, and about what work wasn't completed. I also wanted the teachers to know very quickly who was absent, and which students made good choices and were very helpful during the day. It looks more professional than a piece of note paper.
