This is a set of task cards that give students practice with identifying blends in words. This set contains 24 cards. Each card shows a picture and gives a word with the blend missing. Students identify the blend that is missing. These cards can be used for independent practice, as a literacy center activity, as game cards, or for take-home practice. Task cards are also a great resource to use for language arts intervention as well. Depending on your students' skill levels, these cards can be used with students in first grade through fourth grade. For best results, print on cardstock and laminate the cards before use.
